Preparing the Premix: Pour all the spirits and syrup into a large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain preferably using muslin, making it fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into your stirring glass filled with ice, and stir lightly for one minute until cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass or similar, garnish with some cranberries adding the final touch using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
